Nick Niles, vocals/guitar
Nick is the lead singer of the Brooklyn band Bell Hollow. He grew up in the suburbs of Sacramento, torn between the shopping malls and the goth clubs. In 1997, he wound up in New York City, in search of beats and bodhisattvas.
With his solo work, Nick makes infectious, New Wave-tinged anthems that speak to what we look for beneath the surface of the basement bars and subway cars of the city.
At last, he's assembled an amazing group of musicians to breathe life into his songs.
They are...

Konrad Payne, bass
Konrad caught Nick's New Wave vibe right away. They met in early 2006 and played their first gig together a week later. Since then, his powerful, precise playing has been the mainstay of the "Nick Niles" sound.
A Queens native, Konrad transitioned from music fanatic to musician in the early 90s, backing up a slew of area bands of diverse styles from hip hop to country.
With his encyclopedic knowledge of pop music, Nick often relies on Konrad to help him articulate the sound he's going for.
